WhiteLight Consulting celebrated 6 years in business at the end of 2017. And that’s given us time to reflect back on the amazing clients we’ve worked with, the campaigns and projects we’ve run and the wonderful events we’ve been involved in.
It started with the announcement of 35 new jobs by Stephen Malone of Malone Group and quickly grew from there. The Coder-Dojo Global Conference with Bill Liao and James Whelton came next at the stunning Slane Castle. Projects large and small started to fill the diary and our reputation quickly grew. We delivered the IAPA Global Conference for Gerry McInerney of McInerney Saunders, wherein he welcomed IAPA members from 33 different countries to a stunning 5 day showcase in Dublin. We worked with the team at Fingal County Council to develop the Mayor’s Economic Conference including consultation with the business community for their insights and opinions.
Our work in the Enterprise field really came to the fore during these years. We took on the management of Local Enterprise Week, National Women’s Enterprise Day, Student Enterprise Programme, Fingal Enterprising Women, National Enterprise Awards and the Project Management of Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur. Working with entrepreneurs is perhaps the greatest pleasure we have in our daily lives – their energy, drive, dynamism and vision is just wonderful to experience at first hand.
We’ve been proud to support Drogheda’s bid to bring Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann to the northeast. The world’s largest annual celebration of Irish music, language, song and dance will take place in 2018 in Drogheda and promises to be a spectacular experience.
We’ve worked with many local government and state agencies during this time. We’ve worked with Fingal, Meath and Louth County Councils, Local Enterprise Offices around the country, Enterprise Ireland and the Dept. of Business Enterprise and Innovation, to name but a few. We’ve worked with them on superb projects such as #MakeItMeath, Irish Maritime Festival and Flavours of Fingal and we look forward to continuing to work with them into the future.
Looking back is always a wonderful opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come … but it’s no excuse to rest on your laurels. We’ve a very busy year ahead with a host of private and public sector clients and we can’t wait to get started. We’re back at work tomorrow and we’re looking forward to working with clients old and new to deliver excellence in all that we do. We wish you a wonderful 2018 and hope that it brings superb opportunities and prosperity your way!
