The National Final of Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur is fast approaching. A highlight of the journey for the finalists must surely have been a visit to Government Buildings to explain their businesses to Minister Bruton and An Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur is a key plank in the Action Plan for Jobs. Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton T.D. has been personally involved in the programme since it commenced in 2014. Over 2,500 companies have entered the competition thus far and nearly 200 have secured investment from the annual prize fund.
